Terms of Service

Short version: don't be a jerk, follow the law, respect other people's posts, and understand that we can moderate content that violates these terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). One person per account. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for anything posted from your account.

2. Content you post

You own your content. You grant baathakaani a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, translate, and moderate what you post — solely for the purpose of running the platform.

3. What's not allowed

• Illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, hard drugs, weapons sales, etc.)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, targeted harassment
• Spam, scams, coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Hate speech, threats, incitement to violence
• Impersonation of real people or organizations without disclosure

Violations = moderation action ranging from limited reach to permanent ban.

4. Moderation

AI moderation runs on every post + message. Every moderation decision is visible on the post. Contest any decision via the "contest" link.

5. Premium subscription

Premium is $4/mo USD (Stripe) or ₹299/mo INR (Razorpay, when live). Cancel anytime from the billing portal. No refunds for partial months.

6. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

Service provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime. We're not liable for content posted by other users. Translation and moderation are AI — sometimes wrong.

8. Changes

We'll update these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced. Continued use = acceptance.
